You sir, are among the foremost of my hero's. It's not necessarily because you're a fantastic photographer, or that you're one of the kindest, most authentic people I've ever me. It's because you're so human about almost everything you do. I think one of the bravest, most courageous things a person can do, is not know, be unsure or doubt themselves or their understanding of the world. I think it is our willingness to ask for, accept and integrate the help, wisdom and confidence of others that makes us strongest. And you sir, are a strong person. Now, that all being said....that you question your ability or talent as a photographer is beyond belief. These images are not only moving, but sincere and creative in the extreme. I'm sure my perspective is coloured by my knowing you, but all the more it allows me to see your personal expression flow through your ability to share your vision. It's a singular and unique talent and you rightly cherish it. You're amazing. Keep at it.
Now, I'm trying to find a particularly romantic image to use in a project for Kim. I'm going to browse, but if you've any suggestions my friend, give me a shout.
